 We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. This role is essential for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a knack for customer interactions, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. 

Responsibilities: 
 
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet high-quality standards.
  • Understand and implement different brewing methods, ingredients, and equipment to prepare tea and coffee drinks, such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other custom orders.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and process payments while offering friendly and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and coffee machines.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

Qualifications: 
 
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beverage preparation, and sanitation principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide friendly customer service.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and ability to lift moderately heavy supplies.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
