We are seeking an experienced bartender and leader to support our bar operation. 

Responsibilities:


40% Beverage Service and Guest Interaction

  • Craft and serve beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation align with our standards.
  • Engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met and experiences are positive and memorable.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu items, preparation methods, and ingredient profiles.
  • Engage with guests to share menu insights, offer recommendations, and enhance their dining experience, while also identifying opportunities to increase sales where appropriate.


30% Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the bar team, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
  • Ensure the team adheres to all policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensure the team is proficient in menu knowledge and capable of confidently and accurately communicating with guests about our offerings.


30% Administrative and Compliance Duties

  • Management of bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws and licensing requirements.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing or service.
  • Responsible for managing the cash drawer, ensuring accurate transactions, and securely closing out and balancing the drawer at the end of each day.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and support a team.
  • Proficiency in managing bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and compliance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and organizational policies.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including nights and weekends.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
